Business Photos that Speak to your Ideal Customer

Photos of your business, for your business

Modern marketing and social media has made it impossible to have an online presence without a business portrait. Whether that portrait is going to help you stand out from the crowd is a different story.

With great business photos you can:

Stand out from
your competition

Connect to your
ideal customer

Show how your product/
services make their life better

I know how you feel.
When your photos don’t get noticed, you might as well be invisible.

That’s where I can help. My job is to learn about your business
and the stories you want to tell, and turn them into photos that stand out.

As a business coach, I want to show confidence, but with a listening ear. I wanted more than the standard business photos. I wanted photos that communicate / speak to potential clients - photos designed around my business needs. Ann and I had a Planning meeting where we discussed all aspects, so we went into the photo session with a plan. We created photos that I feel reflect my business and the message I want to send out.

Having a professional headshot is a must in today's working world. Starting with the basic headshot to photos that speak to your client. Ann created exactly this for me, for both my website and social media uses. I love that my photos look authentic, natural and not posed.

I asked Ann for a new portrait photo as I had been meaning to update this for some time. I only wished I had done this sooner because it was so simple and l couldn’t be happier with the result. Ann is a highly talented photographer and she immediately ma de me feel comfortable and captured a great natural photo. I would highly recommend her. Thanks again. Janine

    FAQ's

The classic headshot is a simple head & shoulders photograph typically against a plain background.

The headshot is the foundation of your branding photo arsenal.   It is the number #1, most essential, can’t live without shot to have in your branding image library, no matter what your industry is or where you’re at in your business

If you have a limited budget, or you’re just getting started with your brand and you’re not 100% sure what type of content you need or want just yet, an updated headshot is a simple and easy place to start.

Average photographs blend together, but a good professional photo can really stand out from the crowd/competition.

Neutral colours work best.  The most important thing in a photograph are the faces.

Your eye goes to what is brightest or most contrast.

If your outfit is the brightest element in the photo, guess where the eye is going?

You want to stay away from bold patterns such as stripes, big flowers, dots, big pictures, etc.  Again, the eye is drawn to these and away from the face.

It’s good to work your brand colours into the photos, where possible.
