Ann is an international award winning photographer. Originally from Texas, she has now lived in New Zealand for ten years. The first 8 years were spent in Wellington, the last two years north of Christchurch in Kairaki Beach, which is at the mouth of the Waimakariri River.

Ann's first love in photography is underwater photography. She specializes in "fish faces", focusing on capturing expression and emotion on creatures of the sea.

Ann is also passionate about "topside" photography - focusing on capturing emotions and expressions of people. Ann is especially interested on making photographs of how people live - what they do for a living... how/what they do for fun and recreation... how people live. The first priority here is "Kiwi's doing Kiwi things". However, Ann has been making photographs of people all over the world for years.

Her passion in photography doesn't stop there though! She is also very interested in nature - birds and animals, landscapes, fine art, food and other products and travel photography.
